On our annual trip to Stockbridge. We were invited to attend The ceremony Where seven men were to give their first promise. It was a beautiful ceremony.We were invited to attend the barbecue after the celebration .To our surprise, We ended up meeting people from California After several minutes of conversation, We discovered that one of the young men who had taken his first promise that day was Marx Pilapil. We had met Marx at a Divine Mercy Conference in Murrieta several years ago. We along many of the conference goers , donated so that he would be able to pay his student loans. We were again surprised and thrilled to find that he had attended one of our conferences and upon hearing Fr Donald Calloway he decided to become a priest! That makes all the hard work going into these years of conferences in San Diego and Pala worthwhile.
